Ninjaface Secrets that will break your heart

It's not 4 straight Sun Belt coach of the year trophies, but it's an award.

Last week, we made very vague, ominous mention of a potential suspension for a North Texas footballer.

Within 24 hours, one of NT's star receivers quit the team for "personal reasons".

Now, I'm not much into "personal reasons" myself, but I don't think they're that big a deal. College is traditionally a time when young people experiment with "personal reasons," and I'm intentionally not including the former player's name because I don't want this to follow him for the rest of his life whenever someone looks him up on the internet.

But here's a fun, completely hypothetical question for you...

If you're the head coach at North Texas, how many players that you recruited would have to confess their problems with "personal reasons" or fail a "personal reasons" test before you issued some sort of consequences?

How many of your players, knowing that they had "personal reasons" problems, would you allow on the field without any substantial penalty or punishment?

Knowing what I know about law-and-order, "I don't like to endorse or celebrate that kind of lifestyle" Todd Dodge, I'd have assumed the answer was zero. But apparently, it isn't.

So, what's the magic number? Is it one? Depending on which one, maybe... But if not, would it be two?

Ten?

More?

We'll just have to wait and see.

And if you're going to run that sort of program... Shouldn't we NOT lose every game by 30+ points?

Note: If anyone names any names in our comments or offers an alternative phrase or term for "personal reasons", we're going to have to change our commenting policy. Don't be that guy.

Well this would not have been a problem for our past coach, it seems "personal problems" were not considered much to deal with. Should "personal problems" be an issue, in my opinion yes, but how they are dealt with I do not have an answer. But I think it can be done positively.

The magic number must be over 40 but kingdl says that DD did it.
